Use the forum
This is open for all users of Mongo Management Studio. We are acting as moderators. You can leave your question here and we and everyone else can answer your question. For posting and editing questions you need a Google login.
Use the issue tracker
This is for users who bought the Professional, Educational or Enterprise edition of Mongo Management Studio and have a valid subscription. You can create a ticket here and we will respond within 24 hours. You will get access to the issue tracker after sending a email with your order-ID to email@example.com. Our support team creates a user and send you an email with the login data.
